New Cricket Signing. Maximillian Potts joins Newby

Off the back of a few of his friends joining Newby Hall we’re delighted to announce the return of Maximillian Potts to Newby Hall. 

Max previously played junior cricket at both Newby Hall and Pateley Bridge, and some senior cricket at Bishop Monkton, but has chosen Newby to make a long overdue return to playing cricket.

A recent career change has given Max his weekends back. Therefore the opportunity to start playing cricket again, and after receiving the green light to resume playing from his partner Lauren, Max can’t wait to get started.  

Max notes “I remember the set-up at Newby was great both in play and in the clubhouse. I hope through this I can introduce my boys to the sport, and my missus realises that being a cricket ‘wife’ is actually quite fun 😊. I am thoroughly looking forward to it.”

Please join us in welcoming Max back to Newby and welcoming Lauren and the boys. It's great to have them join the club.
